Abstract:
This case study helps in understanding probability, waiting line and analysis of variance. Doughnut Bakers, a famous bakery in the heart of the city, was falling short of customer expectations after the change in management. As a consequence, the revisiting customer ratio that was around 90%under old management reduced drastically negatively effecting revenues. To know the problems accurately, the management hires a consultant for advice, who collects data for analysis from his observations as well as from the store managers and staff.
